What happens when I sign up for a new membership?

You will get an email confirmation acknowledging your new membership and the tax-deductibility of that tier. When it’s showtime, you will receive instructions for how to get your special ticket type so you can claim all your perks.

How do I get my membership perks?

You will need to log into your account in Neon with BROS. You will be able to purchase tickets to the shows using a special members-only ticket type. If your membership includes a ticket, you will receive a 100% off discount code. When you arrive at the show, you’ll get a slip to claim your other perks, like your drink or merch discount.

Is this membership tax-deductible?

Yes! You will receive a letter acknowledging this amount when you sign up.

I previously paid for my BROS membership using Paypal. Why don't you offer that option anymore?

Our new system is not compatible with Paypal automatic payments. You can set up automatic recurring payments with any Credit Card, or with Google Pay. If you still have a recurring payment to BROS through Paypal we ask that you cancel that automatic payment and sign up for a new membership. I am a Supporting member but also a BROS volunteer. Do I also get Rock Operative rewards?

Yes! You will get all Rock Operative rewards along with your corresponding Supporter level ticket tier.

I sponsored an event or a show. Does that count towards paying for membership?

No. BROS Sponsorship rewards are different from membership rewards. You will need to purchase a Membership to receive the corresponding membership rewards.

How long does my Membership last?

One calendar year from the day you purchased your Membership, unless you select to auto-renew. You can cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your Neon Constituent Portal: https://baltimorerockopera.app.neoncrm.com/login

I cancelled my recurring membership. Will I still qualify for receiving this year's rewards?

No. Only active donors will receive membership rewards.
