Hot on the heels of our new status as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Baltimore Rock Opera Society (BROS) has completed our search and filled our first TWO paid staff positions. The hunt for BROS new MANAGING DIRECTOR continues! BROS’ Board of Directors seeks to fill the Managing Director position as soon as possible and is inviting applications through September 26, 2015. A Hiring Committee of the Board will review applications and schedule interviews with qualified candidates as the applications roll in.
Job description:
Managing Director: A member of the BROS Executive Trio (serving alongside the BROS Artistic Director and Production Director), the BROS Managing Director is primarily responsible for executing all strategies, methods, and processes within BROS’ Administration work group. The Managing Director ensures that the BROS vision becomes a reality by establishing and communicating clear goals for the organization, empowering company members to accomplish those goals, and overseeing the acquisition of resources (including talent, money, suppliers, and venues).
