What happens when I sign up for a new membership?

You will receive instructions to set up your BROS Member Portal account by email. Once logged in you can see your donation history, update your personal info andemail preferences, and access the full-length rock operas in the Video Vault! ALSO, you will get a BROS Membership card sent to you via email attachment and in the mail.

How do I get my 10% discount on tickets? How do I get my free supporter tickets (Vibranium and Unobtainium members)?

When tickets go on sale for any BROS events, you will receive a coupon code to the email address we have on file. Can’t find it? Email devo@baltimorerockopera.org and we’ll hook you up.

How do I bring my kids for free? (Vibranium and Unobtainium members)

Kids 14 and under can attend BROS mainstage shows for free as a perk of your membership! They must attend with one of the adults listed on your membership. All FREE tickets are best arranged by emailing devo@baltimorerockopera.org. Or email devo@baltimorerockopera.org after you have purchased your adult tickets.

What is the BROS Members Portal?

BROS Member Portal is a new way that our members can log into their account and manage their donations, membership levels, personal information, and email lists. This is also how you can access the full length rock operas available in the BROS Video Vault.

I previously paid for my BROS membership using Paypal. Why don’t you offer that option anymore?

Our new system is not compatible with Paypal automatic payments. You can set up automatic recurring payments with any Credit Card, or with Google Pay. If you still have a recurring payment to BROS through Paypal we ask that you cancel that automatic payment and sign up for a new membership. For questions on how to cancel your PayPal payments or for other payment options, please email devo@baltimorerockopera.org.

Is this Membership tax-deductible?

All BROS Supporting Memberships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a welcome letter acknowledging this amount along with your membership card. Otherwise your tax letters are processed automatically via email. At any time you can log on to the BROS Member Portal to download all donation and membership payment receipts. If you are still donating using our prior payment system (Paypal) monthly members will receive their tax letter after the BROS fiscal year ends.

I am a Supporting Member but also a BROS Volunteer. Do I also get Rock Operative rewards?

We have streamlined the BROS Membership program and no longer offer the Rock Operative Supporting Membership. Please sign up for our Mithril level membership for only $5/month!

I sponsored an event or a show. Does that count toward paying for Membership?

No. BROS Sponsorship rewards are different than membership rewards. You will need to purchase a Membership to receive the corresponding membership rewards.

How long does my Membership last?

An annual membership will expire one calendar year from the day you purchased your Membership. Recurring monthly paid memberships will continue until you cancel the membership. You can cancel or upgrade your Membership at any time by logging into the BROS Member Portal and clicking Memberships on the left side of the page.

How do I claim my BROS Member discount at Charm City Meadworks Taproom?

You will receive a membership card in the mail and as an email attachment. By showing this card at the Charm City Meadworks Taproom, you will get a special BROS-only Members Discount when you pay your tab.

What is the BROS Annual Members Party?

The annual Crappy Santa Party is our way to say THANK YOU to our Supporting Members and our volunteers. It's a time to mingle and hang with the BROS community, have some delicious drinks and enjoy some stupid/heartwarming entertainment. All Member levels receive free admission. Keep an eye on your email for an invite. The party usually takes place in early December at BROS HQ.
