The Production Manager coordinates and helps execute the vision for the show as outlined in the show’s script, music demos and existing designs. This includes running weekly production meetings, coordinating meetings with various department leads, being a point of contact for issues, and more. The Production Manager (PM) will work closely with all of the BROS Staff members (particularly the Production Director) and the Lempira Production team (Director, Music Director, Designers, and Stage Manager) to lead an energized cast and crew through a satisfying production process. Ultimately, they will help to create a completely mind-blowing run of sold-out performances that touch and thrill our audiences. Lempira is a bilingual show, with both Spanish and English dialogue and surtitles. It is not required that you speak Spanish fluently, but it is certainly a plus!

Lempira is a massive, mythic tale of good and evil, told with music, puppetry, and theater. Based on true events and Mesoamerican history & mythology, Lempira tells the historic tragedy of the Lenca tribe through Latin-inspired metal and the creative use of language. The show opens May 9th 2025 and closes May 31st 2025.
