How do I get my Membership discount?

Thanks for signing up to be a supporting member! You will receive instructions to set up your Patron Portal account by email. Your membership discounts will then appear automatically in your cart at checkout.

What is the Patron Portal?

The Patron Portal is a new way that our members can log into their account and manage their donations, tickets, and see BROS upcoming events all in one place. We ask that all members donating through Paypal re-sign up for membership through the new donation link on BROS website. You will then receive instructions for accessing your portal account.  For questions on how to cancel your PayPal payments, please email devo@baltimorerockopera.org.

Is this Membership tax-deductible?

Rock Operative Memberships are NOT tax-deductible.  Supporting Memberships are. You will receive a welcome letter acknowledging this amount along with your membership card.  If you are still donating our prior  payment system (Paypal) monthly members will receive their tax letter after the BROS fiscal year ends.  Otherwise your tax letters are processed automatically via email.

I am a Supporting Member but also a BROS Volunteer. Do I also get Rock Operative rewards?

No. You will need to sign up for a Rock Operative membership separately.

I sponsored an event or a show. Does that count toward paying for Membership?

No. BROS Sponsorship rewards are different than membership rewards.  You will need to purchase a Membership to receive the corresponding membership rewards.

How long does my Membership last?

One calendar year from the day you purchased your Membership.  If you are still donating through our prior payment system (Paypal), your Membership payment will renew automatically. You can cancel your Membership at any time by managing your Paypal automatic payments. If you are donating monthly through  Patron Portal, please email devo@baltimorerockopera.org to manage or cancel your membership payments.

I cancelled my recurring Membership after six months. Will I still qualify for receiving this year's rewards?

No. Only active donors will receive membership rewards.

How do I claim my BROS Member discount at Charm City Meadworks Taproom?

You will receive a membership card in the mail. By showing this card at the Charm City Meadworks Taproom, you will get a special BROS-only Members Discount when you pay your tab.

What is the BROS Annual Members Party?

The Annual BROS Members Party is our way to say THANK YOU to our paying members.  All paying Member levels will receive free admission.  Tickets will be available for our volunteers. For more information, click here!
